All assignments for this course should be turned in according to the style guide outlined in the MLA Handbook (9th ed.). The Purdue Online Writing Lab has a plentiful set of resources, including general formatting guidelines,* that give specific examples of how to incorporate in-text citations as well as how to create a Works Cited page. While I will offer corrections when I notice mistakes, it is ultimately your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the details of MLA style and follow style guidelines correctly.
*MLA requires that you use a legible font; I prefer Times New Roman, Baskerville, or Garamond.
